Yahoo's SSP is a cross product programmatic offering that makes it easy for publishers to monetize their video, native, mobile and desktop ad needs. The platform offers a solution for publishers to offer their inventory to premium buyers, while maintaining control over their revenue and quality standards, all in real time. We are looking for an ambitious, detail oriented and fast-learning Account Manager to join our team.



A Little About You



As Publisher Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Publisher Sales team in managing internal and external processes necessary for successful publisher relationships. You will be involved with all aspects of publisher accounts in accordance with the goals and objectives of clients. The Account Management team works alongside the Publisher Development team who owns the client relationship & Sales team who owns closing new business. The Account Management team is critical to the management of the team's publisher relationships through exceptional client service, proactive troubleshooting, and strong communication.



You will:

Manage the operational functions for the publisher partnerships across the Publisher Sales organization


Support Publisher Development team and clients through account set up, billing questions, client inquiries, and common back end day-to-day operations


Provide superior customer service via responsiveness, and ensure customer satisfaction through strong interpersonal skills & problem solving


Assist with implementation and on-boarding of new partners and assure adherence to Yahoo's commitment to quality content


Proactively monitor publisher performance to identify, communicate and resolve issues internally or externally


Partner with Publisher Development team, Sales Team, Exchange Analyst Team & other internal stakeholders to drive revenue for our clients and Yahoo


Execute and analyze key reports for clients and Publisher Sales team to help drive overall goals



Requirements:

BA/BS required


Internship or 1-2 years working experience preferred


Interest or knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem: programmatic, RTB, video, mobile, display and native


Drive for positive customer satisfaction


Ability to prioritize a multitude of responsibilities and workstreams, with a strong attention to detail


Excellent written and verbal communication, both internally and externally


Motivated, self-starter attitude who delivers consistent results


Willingness to travel as needed
